A very useful utility that will convert most texture files to more optimised formats with reduced overall graphics card memory usage and little to no loss in image quality. In-game settings are custom modified beyond standard with 4x MSAA and transparency enabled. FPS slightly reduced due to recording.

To watch at 1920x1200 click on the quality tab and choose original.

Further information:

Using this utility I was able to reduce my graphics card memory usage by 100-200MB. This should result in increased performance with lower levels of stutter for most people running the DLC texture pack along with other texture mods. List of mods in use can be found at the bottom of this page.

Please be sure to backup your textures folder. For optimum results it's recommend to keep all your texture mods as unpacked or loose files within the textures folder (edit: later versions allow for BSA archives and meshes to be run through the utility). Some Image/body mods (Coverwomen and Bella's for e.g.) or environment mods (Dynamic Clouds) may become more pixelated but this can be easily fixed with a reinstall of those individual mods.
