The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and the Loom is a quest within the Hogwarts Legacy video game, where players learn to use the nab-sack with Deek to rescue and care for various beasts. The quest begins with a cutscene where Deek finds the Nab-Sack in the Room of Requirement, and players are required to speak to Deek to learn how to use it.

The quest involves rescuing and caring for three different beasts: a Puffskein, a Jobberknoll, and a Mooncalf. To rescue the beasts, players need to equip the nab-sack and use Levioso to slow down the beasts before hitting the required button prompts. Once rescued, players can release the beasts into the Vivarium, a greenhouse within the Room of Requirement that acts as a free-range home for the rescued beasts.

Players can care for the beasts in the Vivarium by equipping their brush and feed, providing both to the beasts, and collecting their respective materials: Puffskein Fur, Mooncalf Fur, and Jobberknoll Feathers. Deek also provides players with a Spellcraft for an Enchanted Loom that allows them to alter pieces of gear. Players can add traits to their gear by selecting a piece of gear and choosing from the list of traits collected thus far.

The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and the Loom quest is an exciting and engaging part of the Hogwarts Legacy video game, where players learn to use new tools and care for magical creatures.
