We arrive back at Castle Fynn to a very intimidating cyclone that we learn from the citizens that it has destroyed nearly every town and city we've come across in the area. Unfortunately in part 9 of our Final Fantasy 2 Pixel Remaster playthrough we discover the only way to enter the cyclone is by flying, luckily though we have an ace up our sleeve as our little baby Wyvern finally hatches and comes to join the fight. after making our way to the epicentre we are accosted by the Emperor and his goons, after a beat down we head home to celebrate, however the Dark Knight makes his appearance and it's none other than Leon. After confronting him it is revealed that the emperor escaped hell and has sworn vengeance on us, Ricard makes the ultimate sacrifice and saves everyone by letting us all escape on the Wyvern including Leon who swiftly joins our party in preparation for our final stand against the Emperor.
