Update: This was done in the pre-updated version, from recent comments I think they have modified the map so this easy escape might not work any more.
This walk through is a speed run guide to get out of the prison the quickest and easiest way I could find. This is not how the game is meant to be played and is a guide on how to get out of prison as quick as possible. This does not show you many of the game mechanics at all.

Step by step instructions:
1. Go to morning meeting as normal.
2. Go to Breakfast.
3. Pick up 2 plastic knives from the utensil draw.
4. Eat breakfast as normal.
5. Free brake - Head back into the main building and head north and exit to the right.
6. Go to the fence in the north and head left to get out of the line of sight of people who might come outside.
7. Pick a spot you can remember on the fence and hit it over and over again with your knife - the knife will brake then switch to your second knife.
8. Once fatigued go either for lunch (no guard heat) or the showers and recover your fatigue to 75%.
9. Go back and finish of the fence.
10. Walk across the road....DONE
