This guide will help you to locate the silenced pistol and the full-barreled shotgun in chapter 7. In order to get the silenced pistol you have to rescue Sykes and accept his mission to restart the servers inside the Marrow, once you do, all those red locked boxes will become unlocked and you can collect the silenced pistol from inside the safehouse.


For the full-barreled shotgun you have to locate a storage room key and use it on the storage room to get the shotty. The problem is that the area is roamed by two very strong circular saw weilding enemies which are a pain in the ass to kill.
