Don't ask me how this is 30m+ faster. I have absolutely no clue. No Stew in this run, which is the ultimate irony for all the practice it required.

Random improvements off the top of my memory:
• Ignored the censorship guy in Dave's bar after getting the sheet.
• The cables puzzle is a version of Mastermind, but lets you know position, which simplifies solving immensely.
• First tried Cygnus Alpha tiles without saving. (Fairly straightforward.)
• Glitched the Filber after entering the screen instead of blowing up the log.
• Escaped from Filbert's lab in a specific order for less walking.
• F7 for SAM.
• Didn't save before/during/after Arcade.
• No Stew.
• Dropped the ads early to avoid scrolling the inventory.
• Disassembled SAM first.
• Didn't walk across the screen to enter Omnibrain's base.
• Didn't re-enter Research & Testing.

Notable mistakes:
• Many dialogue misclicks due to input buffering memorization.
• Pathing issues on planet Filb.
• Misclicked in Cygnus and walked up the stairs.
• Glitching the Filber took some time.
• Bad, but not terrible Omniclub RNG.
• Didn't fill the coffee cup with mud before picking it up (inventory scrolling).
• Del got shot.
