The Flintstones: The Surprise at Dinosaur Peak (NES) Game Review
I review one of my favorite NES games from my childhood. It also happens to be one of the rarest games for the console and highly sought after by collectors, something I didn't know until recently.
Hope you enjoy the video! I really like how it turned out, personally. ^^

I highly recommend checking out their show. It's hella entertaining and the production value is way up there. They put a crazy amount of effort into their videos. Easily one of my favorite YouTube channels.
It's funny, now that I think about it. Quite a few other games that I played on the NES when I was a kid have became very sought after too. I think it's because I got the NES so late, in the mid 90's when the SNES was already reigning supreme. This Flintstones one is the only one I personally owned and still do, the others were my friends'. I'm definitely going to review the others as well when I get a hold of them. I have some fun memories of them I want to share. I had a blast revisiting this game for the review, as you could see from the little playthrough segments. ^^
I'm super happy with how the video turned out. I think it's my favorite video I've made so far, at the very least editing-wise. Getting the Crash Team Racing video done was looking like it would take another 3-4 weeks and I didn't want to go that long again without putting out another video so I decided to put it on hold to make this one instead since I had this all planned out and I knew I could pull it off in 2 weeks. Something like this eats up all my editing juices tho, so work on the CTR video is gonna slow down again. What has it been... 3,5 months since I started working on it? Oh well! I'll get it done before the summer is over... or will I? I've got lotsa other easier and not so much easier videos to work on at the same time. I put a little list up on my channel page banner saying what videos I'm currently working on, or about to start working on. Fun things ahead!
Were you ever able to play this game when it was new, or perhaps later on? What did you think of it?
Did anything similar ever happen to you where you realized a game you'd owned since you were a kid was rare and sought after?
I wanna hear about it! Comments!
