The God Arrow Returns To The Quiver. But Can Brainiac Jr. Be Trusted?!?
9The current challenge? Duo Week Day Two (of Five) Featuring Green Arrow and Brainiac! Duo's week is where I take a character, play till I win, and then swap. I continue this trend all week long to gain character knowledge. I always have a plan for each day of the week as I "build" my character skillset plate.
Brainiac was again my main focus, really working on outputting more damage. Corner Combos, as well as each combo damage wise raising in at least 100 points or more everywhere yay! This should really help him shine especially with match up knowledge lacking while playing as him. I hope to continue to work that trend this well hehe!
Green Arrow's focus was quite miniscule, though I did work on him. Figuring out where each move could easily get out my arrows safely is a huge tool I wish to bring, as well as a new corner combo and corner pressure that I should be able to use to keep them at bay. Green Arrow rely's on their fear of his arrows, so I need to know that that tool is out at any given time.
Mystery of the Brainiac Double's Dilemma! Day Two!
The downed Brainiac seemed to be in a kind of stasis, while the other Brainiac held him down using a glowing sigil.
“This is my father, quite the fool of a man. I have come from the future to stop him from ruining my family name,” This second Brainiac gritted his teeth. “I do have a request though. Keep that god arrow for our upcoming battle, I won’t be able to deal with that enemy by myself with all of my power.” Green arrow places the arrow back in his quiver, watching Brainiac 2 carefully.
“Okay Jr, what is coming?” Green Arrow asked, intrigued by this strange encounter.
“The Brainiac in another multiverse is coming here, and he has converged with a cloud of nano machines from a race that make him insane and more powerful, mutating him into horrific forms, and eating all ultimate beings to supply the machines more power. He will be here soon,” Brainiac Jr beckoned them to move forward. The plan was set, to use Brainiac Jr to draw him out, with Green Arrow striking him with THE arrow. Sounds a little too simple to Ollie, but he hoped the arrow would be enough.
