20The Greatest Game Ever Played is a golf themed movie, directed by Bill Paxton. And it isn't about Tiger Woods and the scandal! Disney likes to make sports movies! It was on the Golf Channel recently! The score was composed by Brian Tyler. This is another example of Tyler's softer work. Too bad he's always doing films like Rambo, Transformers, Fast Five, and Battle: LA!
This 2005 film takes place during the 1913 US Open. It is about Francis Ouimet, a 20 year old rookie who defeats his rival, Harry Vardon. It stars Shia LaBeouf, Stephen Dillane and Elias Koteas. This is another great sports themed film. People who watch this film might like Miracle, Seabiscuit, We Are Marshall, Coach Carter, Radio, Eight Men Out, Invictus, The Legend of Bagger Vance, A Gentleman's Game, Moneyball, For The Love Of The Game, The Rookie, Field of Dreams, and Seven Days in Utopia. The 2012 US Open is being held at The Olympic Club this year. And, Andy Zhang will be playing against the pros - he's only 14 years old! Who will be the next Tiger Woods?
