The Heartless One in Fear and Hunger 2 is an optional superboss, possibly the most difficult encounter in the game. She can be summoned from the Church of Allmer, taking the Sigil to Rher to access the other worldly version of the Church and freeing the Heartless One using the Rusty Key. With the Heart Shape Lock you'll be able to summon her from a Imperfect Ritual Circle

Each turn she’ll unleash a series of attacks, first a soul strike from her sword the Red Virtue, striking for two attacks, and having a chance to dismember. The second attack will be a pillar of light casted from her trident, the pillar of light attacks has a chance of inflicting the light sensitivity status effect which lowers the players attack hit rate, making landing damage more difficult. After both of these initial attacks, she’ll make a comment about testing how tough you really are and then she’ll unleash her blood rose assault attack on you, which hits for four hits
