★ The Hidden: Source Gameplay - I Do Not Like Touchy-Touchy (w/ KestalKayden)
23In this Hidden Gameplay series, KestalKayden plays through as either Iris Agents or The Hidden. This is a Hidden:Source commentary that is solo, unless a collab is presented in the future.
The Hidden Source is a Half Life 2 mod which provides you with thrilling adrenaline-pumping multiplayer action where there are two teams that fight to the death.
The Hidden has two Teams. Iris Agents (Infinitum Research Intercept Squad) which consists of the majority of the players who log into the server, and The Hidden, better known as "Subject 617".

As Iris Agents, you pick your guns and bonuses and fight against 1 person, Subject 617. The Hidden is secret genetic experiment gone wrong (or perhaps right). When an IRIS agent kills The Hidden, they have a strong chance to play as The Hidden (or Subject 617) in the next round.
Each class as the Iris agent has different types of weapon strengths and skills. You can be an assault class and focus heavy on assault weapons or shotgun, or go choose a support class and help your team mates out as they kill the Hidden, or set alarms so that when something passes by them, they'll turn on and alert you.
Subject 617 (The Hidden team) is by himself, but has the ability to lunge far distances, feed off the corpses of IRIS for more health, and explode people with an instant death Knife Kill known as the "Pig Sticker". Oh, did I forget to mention that The Hidden is practically invisible?
The knife is quite fun to use both as slashing and as pig-sticking. If you kill someone with just slashing them (and if they are not exploded), then you can feast on their body for 20% extra health. This can improve your chances as The Hidden. You can carry the bodies around as you jump around to scare off your enemies. The Hidden (dependant on the map) also has grenades at his disposal.

If you watch closely you can just barely see a heatwave wash towards you as The Hidden kills you with his Pig Sticker, or attacks you slowly so he can harvest you later for health.
This Half-Life 2 mod is amazing fun and it can be purchased fairly cheaply at Steam. The Hidden is a great way to take your frustration out in multi-player in a satisfying yet hilarious way. As the Hidden, you can really mess with IRIS agents by picking up objects or people and throwing them around, while leaping around and planning your next move.
