The Hidden: Source is a mod made for Half Life 2, which completely revamps the multiplayer experience with thrilling adrenaline-pumping action.
The game mode consists of two teams - The Iris Agents (Infinitum Research Intercept Squad), who are sent in to kill the Hidden, better known as "Subject 617"

The Iris Agents gets to choose different characters and classes, as well as guns and bonuses to fight against 1 person, Subject 617. The Hidden is a top secret genetic experiment gone horribly wrong. Whenever an IRIS agent kills The Hidden, they have a high chance to play as The Hidden in the following round.
The genetic manipulation has given The Hidden enhanced speed, mobility and incredible strength. He can pounce victims like a tiger or feed on victims to regain health. But worst of all... He is nearly invisible to the human eye.

The Hidden: Source mod itself is completely free, but requires Half Life 2 and Steam in order to play. Half Life 2 is fairly cheap, and can be bought in the Steam stores. The game is satisfying and hilarious, even at scary times and is indeed worth a try!
