The Highrise | Demo Review
2Overall: I'm a sucker for survival crafting games and have been lost on islands, forests, and even Valhalla, but I have yet to survive in a Cityscape structure. I didn't get to play too much and will keep tabs on the game for a future episode seeing what else there is. I did like what I played and would like to play again.
The Good: Crafting/Looting is fun and seems to work well together with the environment. Monsters weren't overbearing and everywhere so gave me a chance to explore.
The Bad: Hunger and Thirst depletion rate. This is something that is hard to get correctly to make it fun and not such a nuisance. A slower degradation would allow a better experience for stealthy people not wanting to waste too much time trying to gather and cook food or distill water.
