Nintendo vs emulation time! Nintendo lawsuit updates as they claim emulation is illegal...even linking to it! And now has ANOTHER court case against Nintendo Switch emulation with BIG ramifications...and now we have more details about the Archbox lawsuit! Nintendo vs emulation incoming!
But now sadly the Homebrew Channel is dead as well; a victim of some of the same circumstances that led to the Yuzu emulator being shut down...apparently code from the SDK ended up inside...and one of the best Wii and Wii U applications for emulation and everything else is finished! Just this time it is not a Nintendo lawsuit...but still a bummer as Switch 2 is coming soon
