Okay, so IO-Interactive (IOI) fixed the homing briefcase glitch that allowed briefcase to lock-on to people and slowly follow them. But, the glitch was so awesome, that the homing case is now an unlock called "ICA Executive Briefcase Mk II". The Mk2 version of the briefcase is even slower than back when it was a bug.

To unlock it, you just have to complete the 'Best Case Scenario' challenge pack in The Ark Society map / Isle of Sgail.
