These are directly ripped models and textures from the game, animated and rendered on Blender. Despite being 25 years old, the textures were very easy to work with because they were originally photographed from real buildings, streets etc. All I had to do was to plug them with bump and reflection nodes, turn on the renderer and the finished material is near photoreal.
