The Importance of the One Piece Live Action Series | Breaking the Curse and bringing in New Audience
14I was not at all expecting to talk about the One Piece Live Action series today, but here we are lol. This season was nothing short of phenomenal. Yes, I ended up watching more of it than just the first episode and I still stick by everything I say in this vid. As a fan of One Piece, I knew I had to make a video of my initial reaction since I have a strong feeling of what can happen, not only with this series but future live-action series as well.
I sincerely hope this series does well because this will ultimately show companies like Netflix the importance of having creators like Eiichiro Oda backing the project, the anime/manga of OP can get a whole new audience as this is a good gateway into the One Piece universe, and it opens up the opportunity for better quality live action animes, game series, and so much more.
I have high hopes now for this series! I cannot wait for season 2. It's the small details like getting the nationalities mostly correct for our pirate crew and doing the main story of One Piece justice that makes me excited for what's to come.
