My second video of The Impossible Game 2! I have been playing Geometry Dash on and off for about 7 years now and I am currently ranked #70 on the In-Game leaderboard of Geometry Dash as WKGames (an account which I started about 2 years ago). Considering the massive influence GD has had on my life, I felt I should pay some respects to the game that inspired GD: The Impossible Game. The team at FlukeDude Limited has been developing the sequel to this game for about 12 years now and they finally released it on March 4, 2022. I am excited to see the improvements they have made to the original.
In this video I show a complete play-through of the second level of World 1: Solace with checkpoints disabled. This level introduces the double jump mechanic of The Impossible Game 2 as well as moving platforms. Double jumping is similar to pink, yellow, and red orbs in Geometry Dash, but there is a key difference that you are not able to buffer your double jump like you are in GD. It will be interesting to see how this mechanic is used in future levels of this game.
