The incredibly odd DK Barrel in Donkey Kong Country 2
58According to the typical rules and laws under which the world of Donkey Kong Country operates, once a DK Barrel has been broken open it will not usually respawn until the player either loses a life or reloads the room through means such as exiting from a bonus game.
However, in Donkey Kong Country 2 there is actually a DK Barrel that will respawn immediately after being collected if the player just goes slightly off screen and then comes back. In this video we look at which barrel in particular it is, and examine why exactly it's happening!
