4:30 Richard's ability simulates the result of his roll (it says on the card), so it's like he's going to roll a 10 but since everyone rolls at the same time, the damage he's going to do shouldn't already be on the Monster. This means that the monster doesn't die when Jen uses her ability because at that point the monster still has 1 health left the roll phase starts... Richard gets his 10 and Jen had to roll her dice.
This is important because if she rolls lower than 9 they still get the damage despite knowing that they are going to kill the monster

Then the main team continues the turn as normal, drawing and resolving the cards until they reach the speed they declared. Then they advance the time track and then the Secondary team will do the same thing, completing their turn as a separate team but they won't advance the time track at the end of the turn because they were using the same time as the Main team
