The Last Days of the NES
I've always been fascinated by what happens at the end of a console's life. That weird period when more powerful consoles are on the market, but developers and publishers are pushing the envelope with older hardware. These are the games that fly under the radar, the games that become virtually impossible to find on the secondary market because they typically didn't sell well and their print runs were so low.
In the first video of our "The Last Days of…" series, I'm looking back at the six last landmark games for the Nintendo Entertainment System. These final games released for the NES were the perfect way to say goodbye to an era and cement its place in history.
