This is The Last of Us Part 2 ending which is the last part of the game. It showcases an epic battle between Abby and Ellie as they face off. Going over the themes and the poor conclusion to this plot that really doesn’t make much sense. It throws away the heart, and emotion that was needed to really make this #PS4 exclusive deliver the way it should have.
This is definitely a technical masterpiece on the platform, but the narrative falters as you play as Abby for more than half the game while dealing with other issues that aren’t as essential as Ellie’s moments with the loss of Joel were to the story.
This was disappointing as the potential was so incredible for what this could have achieved in terms of visuals and then the story alongside it. This was still a great game, but The Last of Us Part 2’s ending just wasn’t what I had hoped it to be.
