Some people in the TripleA video game industry would have you believe that the age of the single player game is over. I would postulate that given the success of Hogwarts Legacy, we could argue that the problem isnt single player games being unprofitable, its making BAD single player games that is the problem. Maybe large publishers should focus on good games, rather than money grabs, and then people would have less to complain about.
