So here comes a giant enemy crab

Difficulty: 5.5/10
This is the first boss with three phases but it's not that difficult. Cravaltarf opts to go for chip damage instead of big hits and once you figure out the shockwaves it's fairly easy to dodge everything especially since you'll probably have the guard and air dodge unlocked by now. Also if you did Eris Sidequest you'll have the spell frozen world which both multiplies your damage and slows everything around you to a crawl letting you hit enemies. It's fun.

Overall this is a really fun boss but not a difficult one.
