Our next target is the Sunken City to the East. You'll need Rocky's help to get there. The Sunken City is naturally flooded with water,and Ricky hates the smell of the place and leaves. After finding the Gale Seeds,you'll find Dimitri the Dodongo being attacked by some kids. Fork over all your bombs and they'll leave,and he'll let you ride him around for a bit. Find the diving master in one of the waterfall caves,get his plaque in the adjacent cave,and he'll give you Zora's Flippers! Now Link can finally swim. We take a moment to enter the Great Moblin's Fort and take him out. Toss his own bombs back at him and force him to blow up his fort for a heart piece. We then head through a secret diving spot in the Sunken City leading into the mountains.
