During my first playthrough of Skyward Sword, this theme haunted me. I found it just playing on loop in my head all day. What was weird was I didn't even really like the game. I was so busy with making covers full time, school, streaming, and everything else in 2013 when I played this game, and unfortunately I had a similiar experience to people who felt SS generally wasted their time. I didn't give the game a fair shot honestly and I've been enjoying it much more with the remake now that I'm in a different headspace and don't mind just vibing with a game. However even though I wasn't enjoying the game as much as I wanted to, I couldn't deny that this song was powerful.

I wrote it down as a cover to do back in 2013 and it's stayed in that spreadsheet until now. I kept thinking over the past 8 years how to tackle it. It really needed the sensitivity to not be blasted with metal guitars, should be played on a piano like the original, but would be so cool to play on ocarina, but there's a cool way to play it on classical guitar, and honestly I should just blast it with metal guitars.

As you can see, I just opted for all of them in one arrangement. I figured there's no better time now to take on this song so I hope you enjoy how it turned out. In someways having all these plans made the final result for me feel less than I felt like I could have done, but I'm still proud of how it turned out and hope you enjoy. Thanks for watching!
