The area should be filling up with water now. Head right to find an area with jellyfish. You can use your clawshot to kill them when they aren't electrified. Back in the cog room,drop down onto the moving platforms,and use your clawshot to the reach the door we haven't been through yet. This room is a bit of a maze. Make your way through blowing up rocks along the way till you find a door to enter. In here,hook onto the target on the ceiling,then use lower yourself down using the clawshot's chain to reach the Boss Key down below. Head back to the staircase room and have the water flow down the stairs to the east. The bridge should be floating in here now. Get across it,then stand on the switch and grapple the target to make it through the door. The 2nd heart piece of the dungeon is in the chest here.
