13When the first test of a new FTL drive goes awry the crew of the Ulysses is catapulted across the cosmos and find themselves lost in some distant part of the Universe. In a galaxy filled with strange alien life forms. And now they are just looking for a way home.
Daedalic Entertainment are best known for their adventure games but in The Long Journey Home they are reaching for the stars and beyond in a roguelite space adventure that sees them exploring planets, meeting strange alien civilizations and slingshotting their way between solar systems. Borrowing elements from games like FTL, Kerbal Space Program and, hell, even Asteroids their are numerous skills for you to master and a whole load of sci-fi themes and homages to discover. (I'm waiting to find a ship called Moya.)
