NOTE: I have checked and the 30 June buff to Wraith has a negligible change to Tainted Magick on Wraith!

TLDR:
1) If considering your basic attack, Tainted Magick pays for itself on targets with 1500 health or more.
2) If NOT considering your basic attack, Tainted Magick pays for itself on targets with 400 health or more.
3) Tainted Magick, when applied from an ability, is RELIABLE damage; basic attacks may not be as reliable
4) Tainted Magick can have up to 8 times as much value against fighters and tanks than power, depending on the engagement
5) The opportunity to poke and follow up with a reliable 6-8 second engagement with Wraith makes Tainted Magick worth it in my opinion and experience so far.
