Hey everyone, and welcome back. Now many people would argue that next-gen gaming didn't arrive with the PS5 and Xbox Series X. But The Matrix Awakens tech demo that was released recently single-handedly proves next-gen graphics are well within the reach of the Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X.
The tech demo showcases the capabilities of the Unreal Engine 5 on the PS5 and the result is one of the most impressive photorealistic in game cities that we've seen so far.
Thanks to the real time ray tracing and global illumination the city looks and feels almost as if it's real. Unlike other tech demos where everything is pretty much a scripted sequence, here you are free to roam and explore the whole city map, much like a sandbox game .
So guys i've downloaded The Matrix Awakens tech demo on the PS5 and lets go ahead and test how well it runs and looks on the PS5.
