2Its time for a brand new series! What better way to return to Pokemon content than with our own unique Nuzlocke format, the return of the TeaLocke! Today we begin our journey through Pokemon Nameless, a dark and twisted game which promises to challenge us in many ways!

TEALOCKE RULES:
1) All pokemon MUST be nicknamed (shows you care about your critters)
2) You can only catch the first UNIQUE pokemon in each route
3) If a pokemon faints, it is considered DEAD and must be placed in a death box/released
4) Species/Dupes clause is MANDATORY, you cannot catch from the same line you already have, or get repeat catches of the same pokemon, you must re-encounter for a unique pokemon.
5) Shiny pokemon can be caught and used, or sacrificed to the death box to revive a DEAD pokemon
6) (rom hack exceptions) level booster of 20%
7) Once you enter a gym, you cannot leave until you beat the leader/lose
8) No healing in Rival/gym leader / elite 4 / champion fights outside of moves/held items
9) Starter must ALWAYS be in your party. If the starter dies, the locke is OVER
10) Level cap - your pokemon in your party cannot exceed 6 levels over any other pokemon. If a pokemon is more than 6 levels above another, it cannot be used until the gap is closed to 6 levels or less.
11) Pokemon restrictions - each encounter up to a gym badge is given an area. You can only use encounters from the area of a gym badge up to the gym fight itself, unless the pokemon is a permanent team member.
12) After beating the gym, a roulette wheel is spun to determine which pokemon becomes the permanent team member while the others are boxed in the PC.
13) If a pokemon dies, it can only be replaced by a pokemon from the same area, if you box a pokemon it can only be replaced by a mon of the same area too.
14) Once you have 6 permanent team members, when you enter a new area, a roulette wheel is spun to determine which permanent team slot is replaced for the new area. At that point, the old area cannot be used again aside from rule 15 exception.
15) if all encounters from an area are dead, they are then replaced by pokemon of the next available area.
