I was going through random games on Steam and stumbled onto a weird one. The game is called Kotel Ne Gori: A Friend of Lena Boots. It's the weirdest game I've ever played but was still a ton of fun to play through. It's made by Derevotyan, the developer has a history of making "unique" games like this.
