His name is... Dratheffkha. He teleports you back and forth between two locations (I think you're supposed to stop him, but I'm dumb and have no idea how), has large minions who erase 1/3 of your health in one hit, and little minions who bite your ankles.
It took me 4 attempts, an extra life, and the game glitching to beat him - and I'm VERY happy there is no need for a fifth.
All the other missions, bosses, and the game overall so far are very good, so I suspect I was just doing it wrong :D
