The NEW Call of Duty Warzone Map is LIVE! (Gameplay and First Impressions)
224The new Warzone map Urzikstan is here and I’m live, dropping in on the hunt for wins and HOT gameplay!
The new Warzone Season 1 update or “Warzone 3”, is free to play. To play the new warzone map simply update Call of Duty on your device, be it xbox, playstation or pc, update the game and go. The game is free to play, crossplay and open to everybody.
The new Call of Duty Warzone map is live from 17:00 GMT on all platforms.

The new Warzone map Urzikstan features all new POIs including Levin Resort, Popov Power, Orlov Military Base, Seaport District, Urzikstan Cargo, Old Town, Low Town, Hadiqa Farms, Zaravan City, Zaravan Suburbs, and Shahin Manor. I’ll be finding out the best place to drop and developing the best way to win in Warzone 3.
The Call of Duty Season 1 Warzone Patch Notes Explained:
The Warzone patch notes shared all the new POIs, with Call of Duty describing Urzikstan as a “testament to our commitment to our players, strategic balance, and innovative design.” As well as details bout the Drivable Train, including how it will work, Ziplines, basically the same as vertical ziplines but horizontal. The patch notes also include details about the 1v1 gulag maps describing them as stark and symmetrical, as well as the new public events.
The new gulag includes new public events: Go again, gives you another chance if you lose your fight, “Cash Grab” which gives you more cash on the ground and more in the middle of the arena, better for redeploying and “Locked and Loaded” which allows you to start the gulag with full armor and two upgraded guns. There is also now an overtime ascender mechanic replacing the flag capture point.
Warzone features in the new warzone patch notes include “Battle Royale” with a player count of 100 and a match length of around 20 minutes, with call of duty stating that “The pacing of a Battle Royale match is critical to the experience and needs to represent the rhythm of a heartbeat.”
Warzone changes in the new patch notes include: a smaller new map size of Urzikstan, at 20% the size of Al Mazrah, faster match time at 20 minutes, new gas circle timers and sizing, more ‘second chance’ redeploy mechanics, unsuppressed red dots revealing engagement locations, “Big Game Bounty” Contracts with Advanced UAV reward, updated “Bounty” contracts rewarding one UAV ping as a reward.
