It's Cities: Skylines series, Mostly based on Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
Some mixed with my own thoughts and there may be some elements that are extracted from other japanese cities to be applied in this city as well.

Contents:
- Build an interchange. (Inspired by expressway interchange in Osaka)
- Build the expressway ramps (Inspired by expressway ramps in Amagasaki)
- Expand the urban area, commercial, offices and warehouses waterfront.
