There are nearly 30, 000 of you around the UK who have type 1 diabetes.

That's when your body can't control the amount of sugar - or glucose - in your blood which can be quite dangerous.

Now a new way of helping people with diabetes is being launched on the NHS in November.

Usually people with diabetes might have to prick their finger so they can test their blood, but this new bit of kit makers that easier.

A small sensor, around the size of a £2 coin, is attached to the skin on the arm. These sensors measure how much sugar is in the blood and can be scanned to get the information into a computer.

Newsround has been to meet Joe, who has one already, to see how it's changed his life.
