Okay its finally heree the video explaining all the rules . This is really just for the people who got there vids done in the night vilgilantes I'm sorry to anyone who watches this video and gets annoyed at me I had no clips on my computer I had pics though and I wanted to get this on here asap cuz in two weeks october will be over Yikes This month is going by so fast XD .
Rules are
1. You must have your entry video done first to enter
2.Your intro must have a song and your intro can be no longer than 60 sceonds cuz people get annoyed with long intros I should know i've gotten bitched at for it XD

4.For The People in the night vilgilantes for clips for their characters and or pictures it will make things easier for you .

The Wining Intro will be the main intro for The Night Vilgilantes I would perfer if you used the song into the night cuz its our theme song but since this is just for fun your welcome to use any song you desire .
