Taken a while, but finally my reputation is good enough for nobles to grace me with their presence. These patrons have a higher chance of ordering tier 3/4 meals and give much larger tips. The fat nobles even order two courses.
The downside is you need to deliver food to them. Give them the wrong food (normally via misclick) and they walk out in anger. If commoner's order the same meal as well, they'll try and collect it. You'll need to beat them to the dish or the noble will have to wait for a new meal to be cooked
