Here’s a look at the The Occupation (or The Occupation demo, at least). It’s an adventure and immersive sim where we must hunt for clues, find ways to uncover the truth, and avoid detection by security. Over time, a larger problem emerges in the country! So come and join me for some The Occupation gameplay.
Late Nite Let's Play is a series of shorter, one-off gameplay videos. The idea is to provide a look at the game, not necessarily have a whole playthrough (though maybe a game that starts in LNLP goes on to be a full series).

This time to look at The Occupation. I like the style of The Occupation’s graphics, its gameplay, and the overall tone of the game giving The Occupation a nice lived-in and high-stakes feel. The Occupation game is essentially an adventure game and immersive sim where we must hunt for the truth. There’s something interesting about The Occupation, and I’m wondering if you all want a full Interrogation playthrough. Now, The Occupation is relatively new (the demo even more so), so there may be some rough edges as the team continues to see how the game performs in the wild. Still, from what I’ve seen of The Occupation, the gameplay is interesting and the mechanics are unique; so join me for this The Occupation first look as we play The Occupation demo!
Our job in The Occupation is to search, uncover the truth, and not get caught doing it. Overall, The Occupation gameplay has a lot to love -- particularly the many different ways we have to interact with the environment. The Occupation game seems to have a take on current social climate, too (albeit through the lens of 1980s Britain). Overall, The Occupation gameplay is quite interesting, so come and join me for an interesting adventure game and let’s play The Occupation.
Despite being short, I enjoyed this The Occupation first look and the Occupation gameplay appeal to me. Hopefully, we will have more The Occupation playthrough at some point.

You may not care how their decisions impact you and you instead continue with your daily life ignoring the distracting scaremongering. Or, you may be actively involved in trying to create true change. We love that, in most countries, people have a choice in this, and that’s how we wanted to approach The Occupation’s gameplay design. The world is open for you to explore and it’s up to you what threads you find interesting and wish to follow in the world.
Daniel Hillben and Steven Crow are the security guards employed by The Bowman Carson Group and will be around to monitor your activity to make sure you’re not doing anything you shouldn’t be. Daniel Hillben has been with the Bowman Carson Group for many years so try not to get on the wrong side of him. You may have seen the acting work of Steven Crow in advertisements such as ‘Warts Away’ or ‘The Restorer’; Steve is working this security gig to pay the bills but his real aspirations lay in Hollywood.
