The ongoing vilification of Rep. Ilhan Omar for daring to speak truth to white supremacy continues with a resolution on the floor. It may not specifically mention Omar, "but would be a public admonishment from House leaders, particularly against a member of their own party". The Democratic leaders are threatened by the ongoing controversy over AIPAC and are trying to do their best to shut Omar down along with smear from the corporate media such as the Washington Post which wrote a piece likening Omar to Steve King ( a racist white supremacist).

Just three weeks earlier, Pelosi and her top Dems issued an unusual public rebuke of Omar’s previous remarks, where she suggested that pro-Israel groups like AIPAC were using their financial weight to shape U.S.-Middle East policy.
