TCL (GHOST & WALK FOR REMASTER)
PLAYER.MOVETO 13641(SHEOGORATH ID)
You could TCL and then go just above the ground and wait forever before you TCL again but that takes forever, much faster to just aim for the water and let gravity take you to the ground. (In the Remaster you cant wait in the air since you fall instead of fly)
