I'm still going through the next batch of design documents, so today I thought we'd take a quick look at some of the perks planned for Fallout: Van Buren.

We don't know a whole lot about the perk system the developers had planned, but enough information has been revealed to at least give us a pretty good cross-section of perks that would have been included in the final game!
