What is the PlayStation Net Yaroze? This is a brief rundown of the PlayStation Net Yaroze. Net Yaroze wasn’t the same as the consumer Playstation 1. The system is meant for educational purposes and homebrew game development. The Net Yaroze came out June 1996 in Japan only and 1997 in other countries. The concept itself was created by Ken Kutaragi's. The Net Yaroze was more expensive, a different color, and the Yaroze boot disc won't work on an unmodified retail machines because of the unique region coding.
