Zubats are the only wild Pokemon and the only Pokemon any trainer will have besides Steven.
The base stats are 30s across the board, a total of 180.
Base exp is 25, and the exp to Lv 100 is 1,250,000, making the leveling process extremely tedious.
I did, however, reward the player for catching as many Zubats as possible, with the 5% chance of holding a rare candy, and the other held item being a repeat ball, basically a guaranteed capture since I increase Zubat's catch rate to max.
If you're extremely observant you would have noticed I accidentally got an additional Pokemon in the dex. I attempted to make it so you couldn't get Castform, but I failed. Wasn't about to play through the first 30 hours again.
I did leave the static counter for Rayquaza in the game, but his catch rate is set to 0. The master ball would have still let you catch him, but it got removed as well. Your only hope of catching another Pokemon would be to win the Lilycove Lottery for the Master Ball there, which you could use for Rayquaza.
