The PROBLEM with POKÉMON-Games...
34Pokemon games have always been rather weak, at least technically. However, no one really complained about that until the first releases on the Switch, with the exception of Lets Go. Sword and Shield, Legends and of course scarlet and violet were an absolute disaster, both visually and technically. However, this aspect has always been countered by the enjoyment of the game. The enjoyment has been very high in all games despite the technical problems, which is reflected in the exorbitantly high sales figures. The biggest franchise in the world obviously has the biggest amount of die hard fans, so Gamefreak is forgiven for any missteps. As long as this is the case and the games keep breaking new sales records despite pathetic graphics and heaps of bugs, we probably won't be able to expect a really pretty Pokemon game.
