The PS5 has launched in many regions and is out on the 19th of November in Europe and the UK. But was it ready for launch? There are a whole host of features that either haven't been implemented or feel unfinished. This is also true of the Xbox, of course, and is probably the case for any new console release, so I'm not trying to suggest that the PS5 is unique in this.
