While being deployed in the jungles of 'Nam is fun and all, this time we take a step back from the 70s and go back a couple decades to 1939. The Winter War was a conflict between Finland and the Soviets during the very beginnings of WW2, ending in a terrible stalemate with Finland upset, the Soviets looking like idiots, German getting some leverage on the soon-to-be Eastern Front, and some government body collapsing in France. Yeah, I don't know why that last part happened either, that's just what the wiki says. Good job France, you broke something before the Germans could come do it for you. As one may expect, attempting to simulate Scandinavia from Vietnam is not an easy feat, and apparently very much a hassle with a stream to boot, so enjoy yet another hit or miss mess.
