The Reverse Rat Active/Passive 2x2 Trap Base (No BPs) Oldfeller's Trap Base Contest Submission
14About a year ago, I was watching the movie, Mouse Hunt and got the idea for a trap base. What if I lived the home of somebody else and raided them from the inside? So instead of trapping others, I am trapped in the base but not really... in the end. Reverse trapping.
The idea was original but then I looked on YT and found out it was not. As far as I know, SebbyK and Swales have already done this, but the base design is 100% original.
*Active Trapping*
Bait people via eoka raiding. Raid wood door or locked TC. Once victim continues raiding, spawn on beach, f1, then spawn in rat bag. Do this because if you respawn ratbag immediately, it will make a death sound. **MAKE SURE you predamage twig to where it is 1hit before trapping** Then... KILL.
Will require roughly 250wood, 600 stone for each reseal (extra 1k if you use a bait TC)
*Passive Trapping*
Build fake 2x2 base in popular location, unlock everything, and wait till someone claims it. Go offline, go build a new base whilst person generates passive income for you. When they are offline, break twig, loot, **MAKE SURE to have spare TC**, then softside your way out or place dropbox.
