0Sometimes after I have a good match and actually satisfying win I get complacent and tend to relax a little too much and dial back the intensity and bit too much as well.
I pay for it dearly in this match as I make mistake after mistake failing off of walls and structures I would normally grasp on to without a problem.
I get careless on defense too and give up WAY to many deaths as well in addition to making poor decisions in approaching my target from the ground several times.
This is the perfect sort of match I record these ACB matches for in the first place to study and look back on then learn from.
(This channel was originally designed and meant to be someplace online that I could post videos privately so myself and others in my "former" clans (The Red Room Ring, TR3 "Neo Tarantist Resistance", TRP "Those Random Pirates") fifteen of us could watch together in private and learn from and develop tactics for future tournament matches secretly, but now that legitimate tournament play on this game is a thing of the past (8 years ago) I just use it for fun and the entertainment of people,who enjoy watching me play video games.
My advice being, never think for one moment that you have reached the top of the mountain and that there no further reason to push yourself to progress and get better, because just as quickly you are going to run into that next player who is just as hungry for victory as you and is going to give it everything they got to try to beat you!
Stay humble, stay present and in the here and the now with a level head. "And try not to rage as much as I do in this match. LOL" .
The second you start looking ahead past legitimately skilled competitive players is the moment when you are going to get knocked back into reality and realization that:
"YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR LAST MATCH!"
REMEMBER THAT EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU PICK UP THE CONTROLLER!
