Russ Dyson (1906–1956), a short lived animator who worked as a special effects animator for Disney before going to the McKimson unit for Warner during his final year.

Don't ask me how to identify his work, I can't. I had to use McKimson drafts and guess a scene in The Honey Mousers based on how they moved.
